Here", run "AutoPatcher.exe" select Fetch Updates.
  Once this completes, run "AutoPatcher.exe" again and select
Install Updates,
  sit back and let it update.
  
  I used Kaspersky Total Security to scan the files and
it is a genuine
  Autopatcher.com download, nothing has been added in anyway.
